To carry out a single storey extension on the memorial hall as per plans and granted planning permission. To include a project manager to oversee the whole project. The extension includes a kitchen, toilets and a meeting room. To include all electrics/heating/water/drainage works. To include decoration, flooring, fixtures and fittings to agreed specification. Extension is approximately 75m2. This is for a full project beginning to end inclusive of all works needed. This will be overseen by the Parish Council.
The Parish Council is not obliged to accept the lowest or any tender. Prospective contractors are prohibited from contacting councillors or staff to encourage or support their tender outside of the prescribed process.
Tenders are invited on a sealed bid basis by 23:59pm on Friday 21st February 2025, they will be opened on Monday 24th February 2025. Contracts will be announced shortly afterward the Parish Council meeting held on 4th March 2025.
