Greetings from UNICEF, Myanmar.

We would like to invite you for the " LRPS-2025-9196266 for “Long-term Agreement (LTA) for travel agents of travel management services for UNICEF and its partner UN agencies". I am also attaching the following documents and templates for submission of Financial Proposals.

3. KPI template – Annex C
4. Financial Proposal template - Annex D.
5. Supplier Profile form - Annex E.
6. Institutional Vendor template - Annex F.

Questions from Proposers: Bidders must email any questions regarding this RFP to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org, Yehtut at yhtut@unicef.org and Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org. The deadline for question submission is 28 March 2025.  

Bid Conference: Online Pre-Bid Meeting for this RFP will be conducted at 2:00pm Myanmar Time on 25 March 2025.

Interested Bidders are requested to express interest by sending an email with a subject line "LRPS-2025-9196266: Bid conference" to Mya Thanda Chaw at mtchaw@unicef.org, Ayako Okamura at aokamura@unicef.org and Ye Htut at yhtut@unicef.org latest by noon Myanmar Time on 24 March 2025. UNICEF will share a meeting invite with a Microsoft Teams link to all the bidders who express their interest to participate in the bidding process by the above-mentioned deadline.

Bid Submission: The supplier will submit Two separate Email proposals electronically at procurementyangon@unicef.org in the following manner:

Email-1: Technical Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Technical Proposal: LRPS-2025-9196266 ". The following documents shall be submitted as the technical proposal submission:

1. Signed Services Form 
2. Annex E: Supplier Profile Form
3. Annex F: Institutional Vendor Template

Email-2: Financial Proposal file clearly named as "Agency Name - Financial Proposal: LRPS-2025-9196266 ". The Financial Proposal shall be submitted in the format provided by UNICEF as Annex-D : Financial Proposal template.

The proposal submission deadline is the 04 April 2025, before 17:00hr. Myanmar Time. Any proposals received by UNICEF after the Submission Deadline will be rejected.
