Introduction

Contratação de consultoria Pessoa Jurídica para apoio nas ações de comunicação para o Projeto Floresta+ Amazônia, especificamente atividades envolvendo assessoria de imprensa, design, diagramação, divulgação de ações e chamadas públicas do Projeto, apoio à mobilização de potenciais beneficiários, gestão de mídia sociais e estruturação/gestão do site institucional, contemplando: 

- o planejamento estratégico do contato com a mídia e a opinião pública;

- o relacionamento com diferentes veículos de mídia para construção de opinião pública esclarecida em torno dos temas do Projeto;

- a produção de materiais de divulgação (informativos e instrutivos) em mídias impressas e on-line, como cards, GIFs, convites, banners, folders, cartilhas, convites, tutoriais, etc;  

- a elaboração de materiais com linguagem e identidade visual acessível aos diversos beneficiários(as) e parceiros do Projeto, como pequenos produtores(as) rurais, povos indígenas e povos e comunidades tradicionais, técnicos locais e profissionais dedicados a implementação do Código Florestal, conforme a identidade e manual visual do Projeto.

-  a produção de conteúdos para as redes sociais e o site do Projeto;

- a gestão, monitoramento e avaliação de redes sociais e site do Projeto;  

- a formação de público por meio da produção de conteúdo em redes sociais, site e ferramentas digitais;

- a reestruturação e atualização dos sítios eletrônicos  do Projeto,   do REDD+ Brasil e do  Combate ao Desmatamento do MMA;

- a elaboração de informes periódicos sobre as ações planejadas e realizadas a serem apresentadas à Coordenação do projeto.

Hiring of a Legal Entity consultancy to support communication activities for the Floresta+ Amazon Project, specifically activities involving press relations, design, layout, dissemination of project actions and public calls, support in mobilizing potential beneficiaries, management of social media, and structuring/management of the institutional website, including:

Strategic planning for media engagement and public relations;

Building relationships with various media outlets to foster informed public opinion on the Project’s topics;

Production of outreach materials (both informative and instructional) for print and online media, such as cards, GIFs, invitations, banners, folders, brochures, tutorials, etc.;

Development of materials using accessible language and visual identity tailored to the Project’s various beneficiaries and partners, including small rural producers, Indigenous peoples and traditional communities, local technicians, and professionals involved in the implementation of the Forest Code, in accordance with the Project's visual identity and brand guidelines;

Content creation for the Project’s social media channels and website;

Management, monitoring, and evaluation of the Project’s social media and website;

Audience development through content production for social media, website, and digital tools;

Restructuring and updating of the Project’s websites, as well as the REDD+ Brazil and MMA’s Deforestation Control portals;

Preparation of periodic reports on planned and completed actions to be submitted to the Project Coordination.
