New clarification added: Good day, we would like to notify that we will not be able to attach our latest Mayor's Permit, due to the new online processing with renewals and assessment by our local government, it will not yet be available by the stated submission deadline on March 12. Is it possible for us to attache our current Mayor's Permit (valid until March 1,2025)? Do let us know if there are other supporting documents you may need from us as an alternative. ------------------------Response :Alternatively, you may submit any valid business registration (DTI, BIR Form 2303). The valid business permit can be submitted upon confirmation of award to the winning bidder.

Our team is in preparation of the queries to be submitted for clarifications.
