The project will provide specialist accredited HR consultancy (CIPD) and themed workshops, for organisations that need support to fully develop and put in place their HR strategies, policies and procedures. Not only will the service deliver the fundamentals of HR including recruitment, employee relations and performance management etc. It will also enable organisations to fully engage with the principles of equality, diversity and inclusion, working alongside the West of England Good Employment Charter, providing a service for prospective and existing Supporters and Members of the scheme. This will lead to improved productivity and profitability, by ensuring a business' increased participation in staff development and training.
The service will need to expand on traditional HR support to be more than just the equivalent of an internal HR team that reviews processes, advising on policy and practice. Instead, it will provide the necessary support to businesses, to enable them to ensure these principles are conveyed after the support has been delivered, ensuring an ongoing legacy and benefit to the business.
The service will be broken into four key areas, and we welcome innovative solutions to the delivery of the following -
HR audit - an in depth and comprehensive assessment of the organisations existing HR strategies, policies and procedures and associated action plan.
Dedicated consultancy support to deliver the action plan.
Demand led, themed workshops.
An evaluation and impact review meeting three and six months post completion of the support. This will contribute to a comprehensive end of project evaluation.
Interested parties should register at ATAMIS e-tendering portal https://weca-atamis.my.site.com/s/Welcome
