UNICEF Nepal is inviting proposals from interested international agencies partnered with a local research organization. Detailed terms of reference, bidding documents, and pre-bid link are available below.

Thank you for your participation in the Pre-bid meeting held on 17 March 2025 at 11:00 hrs. We sincerely appreciate your engagement and valuable insights during the meeting.

In response to your input and request for a submission deadline extension, we have extended the bid submission deadline. Please refer to the addendum for changes in evaluation criteria.

For further clarification of your queries, please refer to Clarification 2.

We now invite you to submit your proposal based on the revised documents.

IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE SUBMISSION OF LRPS THROUGH EMAIL, THE SUBMISSION DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED CAN BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY IN PDF FORMAT AND SENT TO nepbid@unicef.org (Bids sent and/or copied to any other email ID will be considered invalid).

The proposal submission deadline has been extended to 10 April 2025 before 24:00 hrs (Nepal time). The submission subject line should have the bid number and name. UNICEF will only accept proposals submitted via email. Proposal received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

A virtual pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 hrs  (Nepali time) on 17 March 2025 to address any queries/comments on the RFPs.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

BIDS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN THE CURRENCY STATED IN THE ENCLOSURES TO THE INVITATION. BIDS RECEIVED IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY WILL BE INVALIDATED.

UNICEF Nepal reserves the right to reject any/all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
