This proposal for Library Resources, Software, and Associated Services is a retender of the previous CPC Library Resources and Associated Services framework. There is an expanded scope for this iteration to include bespoke or off the shelf library software which is either proprietary or open source.
Any resulting framework from this exercise will be available to all further education institutions, universities, sixth forms, academies, schools, museums and other similar organisations who are current and future CPC members https://www.thecpc.ac.uk/members/regions.php https://www.gov.uk/guidance/get-information-about-schools. Local Authorities may wish to use the resulting framework when procuring on behalf of Educational Establishments. The Domestic Retrofit One-Stop Shop is one element of the larger Local Energy Advice Demonstrator (LEAD) project for which SCC have won a Government Grant funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and administered by the Greater Southeast Net Zero Hub (GSENZH). The other main element of the LEAD project is an in-person energy advice and thermal imaging service known as the Home Energy Advice Taskforce ( HEAT ) which has reached over 550 households to date.
