This is for the appointment of a contractor to refurbish a Brent Children's Care Home in Wembley. This is for the alterations and refurbishment of a 6 bedded house, including separation of a through-lounge, creating alternative entrance for a bathroom, 2 x new bathrooms, new roof and associated landscaping works.
