What is an open procedure (above threshold)?
Any interested supplier may submit a tender in response to an opportunity notice. This procedure can be used for procurements above the relevant contract value threshold. Contract is suitable for SMEs?Yes Contract is suitable for VCSEs?Yes DescriptionThis Framework Agreement is to provide maintenance and improvement works and technical support for approximately 5 000 km of Public Rights of Way (comprising footpaths, bridleways, restricted byways and byways), 230 km of off-road recreational trail network (for example, the Tarka Trail) and 590 km of minor road network (mainly unmetalled) including the South West Coast Path National Trial for which it is responsible along with the areas covered by the Stover Country Park and Grand Western Canal Country Park or other land requiring works.
