Description

To carry out all "Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance" work, covering circa 1,800 properties and any additional properties acquired or built by the association during the term of the contract. The contract will cover a 24-month period, with the option to extend by up to a further 24 months by agreement of both parties (subject to regular quality reviews).
