St Albans City and District Council is looking to find a suitably experienced organisation to undertake a catering services contract at St Albans Museum & Gallery - 2501142.
The deadline for submission is 16:00 on 17/03/2025 for Stage 1 - Selection Questionnaire (SQ). The deadline for Submission of Stage 2 - ITT Documents is 16:00 on 05/05/2025.
Please Note - tender returns must be uploaded on Supply Hertfordshire/In-Tend accordance with the Instructions for Tender.

Stage 1: Tender responses will be checked to ensure that they have been completed correctly and all necessary information has been provided. Any tender responses not correctly completed in accordance with the requirements of this ITT and/or containing omissions may be rejected at this point. Where a tender response is rejected at this point it will automatically be disqualified and will not be further evaluated.

Stage 2: If a bidder succeeds in passing Stage 1 of the evaluation, then it will have its detailed tender response to the Customer Organisation's requirements evaluated in accordance with the evaluation methodology set out in the ITT (part of stage 2). Shortlisted Suppliers will be invited to provide a response to the requirements identified by the Council and submit a tender response.
