To assist medium and long-term planning, HS1 Ltd requires a long-term passenger demand forecast. It also wishes to improve its insights into the factors that influence this forecast and understand better their impact, with robust market studies. This RFP is below UCR threshold.
All RFP details are provided in attachment 1, along with the proposed HS1 Form of Agreement, provided as attachment 2.
