Detailed description
The Minister for Transport requires independent consultancy expertise to assist in performing an independent review of the form of aviation expertise utilised by EU ministries with responsibility for civil aviation. The review is to focus on EU member states with a civil aviation safety regulator that is independent to the Ministry with responsibility for overarching civil aviation policy. The review is to examine whether Ministries have in-house aviation expertise or if such expertise is contracted in when required.
