Manufacture off site of new public convenience unit which is to include a bespoke "Changing Places" facility, at Letterkenny Retail Park Paddy Harte Rd Letterkenny. Refer to drawings and specifications within tender documents.
Approximate area 31m2 ie (7 x 4.4m). Unit to be transported and crane lifted into position between two existing Retail Units in a tight space and connected to services within an existing concrete foundation to be installed by others.
