Detailed description
This project is part of an ongoing national property asset management and regulatory compliance works programme for Tuath Housing Association CLG., to c. 1,300 no. properties in 2023 (Phase 1), with the inspection and survey of each property and the production and delivery of Stock Condition Survey Reports (SCSRs) and associated works in accordance with the Contract Documents and best practice.
