Detailed description
The Department requires an online service to deliver, monitor for compliance, and assess the engagement of Security Awareness training for approximately 3,500 staff based across our HQ Offices in Ireland and 95 Embassies or Missions abroad.
In addition, the platform should include phish simulation capability to gauge user awareness around different types of phishing attacks as well as the effectiveness of our Security Awareness training.
