Broxbourne Council are looking for design proposals for the refurbishment of John Warner Sports Centre, Hoddesdon. Hertfordshire, EN11 0QG, through RIBA stages 1 - 4 with an option to Stage 6. The estimated refurbishment budget is £3.5 million.
