The Contractor shall attend the affected property no later than 3 hours after receiving the notification that their services are required. • Undertake any additional specific Task Orders in respect of the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics & control equipment of the bridges, as well as more general maintenance tasks. • To liaise with NYC Bridge Team with respect to the services and provide advice, recommendations, and reports to help ensure the continuous and safe operation of the bridges. • To undertake an annual review of the scheduled maintenance and overall service to ensure it is appropriate to the conditions • Keep the Risk Register updated More information
