    Description

    Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) and Blackpool Housing Company (BHC) are looking to appoint a Contractor framework to undertake (Lot 1) the Sampling of & (Lot 2) the removal of licensed and non-licensed materials containing asbestos. The subject properties comprise domestic private & social housing in the form of flats and houses and in the majority of cases, these will be occupied.

    BCH & BHC wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.

    Bidders may tender for either one or both Lots, however the same Service Provider will not be appointed to both Lots. Bidders who tender for both Lot 1 & Lot 2 will be asked to select their preferred Lot when completing Appendix C - Tender Return Document and if they are successful on both Lots they will be awarded their preferred lot only. The Lot not identified as the preferred lot by the bidder will then be awarded to the bidder who was ranked second in the evaluation process.
