The ILO Country Office for Nepal invites qualified and interested companies to submit request for quotation (RFQ) for the design and printing of ILO documents.

“Those who applied earlier need not apply”.

The selected agency is required to accomplish the tasks as described in the Terms of Reference (ToR). Please follow the link for the ToR.

Interested agencies are invited to submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) addressed to the Director, ILO Country Office for Nepal, Dhobighat, Nayabato, Lalitpur, containing “one copy of Company registration certificate, VAT/PAN registration, updated tax clearance certificate etc.” at the latest by Monday, 07 April 2025 (17:30 hrs) to ktm_procurement@ilo.org. The previous bidders no need to re-apply and their application remains valid.
