The survey is about conducting a baseline survey to garner data on project indicators and to assess public opinion on key issues relative to corruption, accountability and transparency in the 15 counties of Liberia. The survey will cover the 15 counties and will assess indicators and context related to the rule of law, accountability, transparency and corruption
