United Nations Office at Nairobi (hereinafter referred to as UNON) on behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT) Saudi Arabia Programme is inviting interested vendors to submit Expression of Interest for the anticipated solicitation exercise to establish a Contract for Procurement of Anonymized Mobile Phone Ping Data Services for 50 Cities Globally to Support UN-Habitat's Quality of Life Initiative. The project involves providing anonymized mobile phone ping data services for 50 Cities globally to Support UN-Habitat's Quality of Life Initiative. Scope of Work: 1. Provide historical mobile phone ping data for 50 cities covering the last 12 months. 2. Ensure that the data is fully anonymized in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent as applicable). 3. Deliver the data in raw format for analysis and integration with GIS platforms. 4. Support data processing as needed, particularly for GDPR compliance.
