Request-for-Tenders dated 08/03/2021 to establish a Single Supplier Framework Agreement For the Provision of Research access to a large semi – industrial scale food grade processing plant for the Dairy Processing Technology Centre, University of Limerick.
The Dairy Processing Technology Centre (DPTC) has a request for tenders for research access to a large semi-industrial scale, food grade processing plant with a range of processes and scale to accurately simulate commercial dairy processing, dairy waste streams and effluent management.
An extensive pilot facility, covering upstream and downstream dairy processing is required.
