There are 3 separate lots Lot 1 - Governance, Human Resources and Security Charging Lot 2 - Housing Services Lot 3 - Development and Assets There is no restriction on the number of lots Bidders can bid for. The procurement will be undertaken in accordance with Section 8 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 - Social and Other Specific Services (the Light Touch Regime).
