Description

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD) has a requirement for an appropriately experienced and qualified consultant/ organisation to produce a Family Hubs communications strategy and evaluation plan, lead campaign planning and campaign design for the 4 Start for Life workstreams and the family hub brand and assess and quality improve online presence.
