Description

Accent Housing Ltd are seeking a contractor to deliver Roof Replacement works at the Hemlington Scheme in the Cleveland area, Middlesbrough.

The successful contractor will have a proven track record of providing roofing works, with strong record of customer satisfaction.

The contract period will be for the duration of the works on this scheme only.

The Market Engagement stage will run until 12th July 2024 and we expect to release the tender documents W/C 29th July 2024.
