New clarification added: Dear Bidders, Corrected version of the previous clarification:Question:We kindly ask you for a clarification: What is the difference between information presented in Form G: Performance Statement form (Section III: Returnable Bidding Forms, Page 13) and reference letters to be issued by the purchasers of the service which are required to be submitted along with the copies of two minimum contracts for two different ToT projects (Qualification and Technical Criteria section of the Section II: Schedule of Requirements (page 8)?Since we ask the same information from our purchaser in both documents can we use the Form G as a reference letters for at least two successfully implemented ToT within at least two contracts or the reference letters have to be issued by the purchasers as separate documents containing almost identical information.Answer:Form G: Performance Statement form contains the table that is to be completed and the Form G signed by the Bidder only. The accuracy of the details in the Form G are therefore to be confirmed by the Bidder (and Bidder will here confirm that the provision of their services was satisfactory etc.)For the entries in the list in Form G the Bidder will prove the previous experience and performance by attaching the copies of minimum two contracts for two different ToT projects and reference letters issued by the purchasers (Clients). Therefore, supporting Reference letters and contracts are mandatory, as well as the Form G.
