Exeter City Council (ECC) is seeking an experienced contractor to undertake works involving construction of a reinforced earth retaining wall, ground reprofiling and stabilising work, and masonry wall repair works, to a ~30m section of collapsed retaining wall at Countess Wear Road, Exeter.
