Description

The Government of St Helena (a self-governing Overseas Territory of the United Kingdom located in the South Atlantic Ocean) requires sell-side support from a consulting firm specialising in the provision of transaction advisory services around the divestment of Government Shareholdings. The scope covers the identification and evaluation of options for the potential divestment of the Governments shareholding, either in whole or in part, in three entities.
