    Market Brief: Employee Engagement Surveys, Diagnostics, and HR Mentorship Support West London Waste Authority (WLWA).

    West London Waste Authority (WLWA) is responsible for sustainable waste management across six London boroughs: Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, and Richmond upon Thames. We are committed to fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workforce and are seeking expressions of interest from expert providers in employee engagement solutions.

    WLWA is seeking a strategic partner to deliver a comprehensive three-year employee engagement programme that includes:

    -Annual Engagement Surveys - Focused on eNPS, the 9 Habits of Trust, and WLWA values (Leadership, Empowerment, Agility, and Partnership).
    -360-Degree Feedback - Leadership and manager development with tailored coaching support.
    -Borough-Level Insights - Comparative engagement analysis across multiple locations.
    -Pulse Surveys & Real-Time Analytics - Agile, data-driven decision-making via quarterly pulse surveys.
    -HR Mentorship & Strategic Support - Expert coaching and training for leadership & HR teams.
    -Data-Driven Insights & Reporting - Standardised KPIs for benchmarking and actionable reporting.
