The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Estates and Facilities Management for the refurbishment of WC areas within four buildings.
Scope of Requirement:
The project comprises the refurbishment of WC areas throughout four buildings within the University of Sheffield's campus: Broad Lane Building, Broad Lane, Sheffield S1 4BT, Portobello Centre, 1 Mappin St, Sheffield S1 4DT, Sir Robert Hadfield Building, Mappin Street, Sheffield S1 3JD and CBE, Mappin Street, Sheffield S1 3JD.
The aim of the project is to upgrade existing WC facilities within these buildings to meet modern standards, as part of a wider scheme focusing on the refurbishment of all WCs within the University's engineering departments.
