Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the Design of Fire Alarm Systems
Project Description
Swindon Borough Council are looking to appoint a contractor to complete the design of fire alarm systems to LD1 within 14 of our supported and sheltered dwellings, the contractor will be asked to provide all drawings and a specification for each of the properties, which can be sent out to contractors to provide a fixed price quotation for the installation of the new system.
The initial contract term will be for 9 months 1st September 2024. Estimated contract spend is between £145,000 and £155,000 across the designs.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com
Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 5th July 2024, 15:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal.
