The council is seeking to procure a residential development partner to deliver mixed tenure housing schemes on a number of sites within the Council's ownership, which will be organised into 3 tranches. This Contract Notice is in relation to Tranche 3, which will consists of 3 sites known as Tent Street (E1 5DQ), John Onslow House (E3 5EQ) and Bromley Hall School (E14 4EG).
