Description

The Department for Transport intends to procure a contract to provide delivery of CIPD accredited qualifications in the United Kingdom at Foundation, Associate and Advanced Levels. Upon completion of a qualification, learners will receive the relevant CIPD membership depending on the qualification.

The qualifications to be delivered are:

- CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice
- CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management
- CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development
- CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management
- CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development

The delivery method will be blended, including both webinars and online learning delivery methods.

The DfT's detailed technical and other requirements for this opportunity (Requirements) are set out in Schedule 2 (Requirements Specification). The Contract will have a duration of three years, and a maximum value of £100,000.
