BACKGROUND: A new village hall is planned as part of the community facilities to support a new residential development at Temple Herdewyke, part of Burton Dassett Parish. A Multi-Use Games Area will also be built, for which a separate contract is being tendered.
The village hall has been architect designed, ground surveys will be complete and planning permission will be in place prior to contract commencement.
LOCATION: The site is at Sandstone Place, Temple Herdewyke, Warwickshire, CV47 2PB.
The site is flat and accessible, with existing tarmac car park.
APPLICATIONS: Burton Dassett Parish Council operates a sealed bids system for tenders.
Tenderers should submit a detailed specification with itemised pricing. The prices should include everything necessary for the proper execution of the contract.
