Various items of repair and refurbishment externally with internal repairs and redecorations to walls and handrails/balustrades. Externals items include; roof repairs, replacement of horizontal cladding, brick repairs, removal of existing storage, installation of new bin and cycle storage, new entrance gates, canopy alterations, balcony re-surfacing and carpark line marking.
