It is the intention to complete a full refurbishment to the pedestrian entrance to the Byrom St campus, 3 Byrom St, Liverpool L3 3AF, during the summer of 2024. LJMU will provide full specification and requirements within the ITT documents.
The proposed works package is to include;
• Living walls and fencing in the form of mounted plants, along with irrigation and drainage services.
• Forming of a glazed exhibition enclosure.
• Installation of large bike shelter, including services, lighting, security cameras and swipe card access.
• External Decoration.
• Isolated Brickwork / stonework repairs.
• External groundworks, paving, ducting, foundations.
