Description

Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking to engage with providers for the delivery of a prevention pilot that will prioritise people who have recently attempted suicide and are known to services such as RDASH Crisis and Hospital Liaison Teams. The cohort of people will be those that have attempted suicide where they have experienced a life event such as relationship breakdown, loss of job, financial worries, bereavement.

IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
Tuesday 6th August 2024 12:00 Noon Deadline for Submission of response to a soft Market Test Questionnaire.
Tuesday 6th August 2024 12:00 Noon Deadline for submission of any feedback in terms of the Service Specification.
Tuesday 6th August 2024 12:00 Noon Deadline for registering expression of interest in attending the event and for providing attendee details.
Thursday 8th August 2024 13:00 hours to 15:00 hours- Market Engagement Event (virtual).

It is expected that the future opportunity will run for a period of at least 12 months from contract commencement, 1 April 2025, with a maximum budget of £95,000.00.

Providers are invited to attend a market engagement (ME) event on Thursday 8th August 2024 from 13:00 hours to 15:00 hours via Microsoft Teams.

Information in terms of the soft market testing questionnaire (a link to the survey), the specification, a form to complete in terms of event attendees are all contained within the tendering portal as follows: .

Please complete the table within YorTender if you would like to attend the on line pre-market engagement event. Providers should upload the completed document as your 'bid' response on the YorTender portal. Should providers have any feedback in terms of the intended specification, this can be completed in any format you wish, e.g., tracked changes to our specification, by inserting comments or by way of a submission of a separate document entirely.

Participation or non-participation in this pre-procurement market engagement shall not prevent any potential provider participating in, nor shall it place any potential provider at an advantage in any future procurement opportunity.

For clarity, this is not a Request for Quote / Tender. Any resultant opportunity will be advertised after the Market engagement event. Any future procurement opportunity is expected to be published on or around 10th September 2024. however, this timeframe is indicative only and the Council reserves the right to reschedule any forthcoming publication at any time.

Bidders are advised that the maximum budget available for the provision of this pilot contract is £95,000.00 The contract pilot is expected to last for at least 12 months of operational delivery from contract commencement with the available budget.
