Scope of Tender:

i.   Collaborate with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to advocate about the Safai Mitra Helpline / NAMASTE Helpline, connect 5,000 Safai Mitras, enabling their linkage with the Safai Mitra Helpline / NAMASTE Helpline.

 

ii.  Linkage of 1000 Safai Mitras with at least 2 Government schemes for Health, Pension, Education, Financial Inclusion, and other Social Security schemes. Priority to be given on NAMASTE Scheme enumeration (At least 40% of the project participants covered under the programme should be women)
