Contract Opportunity for Pilsley Sports Pavilion Second Floor Redevelopment
Pilsley Parish Council invites experienced contractors to bid for the refurbishment and conversion of the existing second floor of Pilsley Village Sports Pavilion into approximately 2000 sq ft of flexible use commercial space for rental purposes.
The project will involve full refurbishment of the current second floor structure to create vacant open plan space ready for fit out by commercial tenants. Works will include:
Strip out of existing walls, floors, ceilings
Installation of new electrics, lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, fire safety systems
New windows, doors, kitchenette, bathroom facilities
Structural openings, stair access
Compliance with accessibility and building regulations
The finished redeveloped floor will allow for flexible commercial use.
Please also quote extraordinary cost for ply lining to the walls of the mixed use space on 2nd floor, 1 layer of 12mm plywoodThe Parish Council intends to make it available to rent by retail, office, community groups or other tenants.
Interested contractors should provide examples of previous successful works on similar redevelopment projects.
Estimated maximum contract value is £90,000 excluding VAT. Duration approximately 16 weeks from award to completion.
Contract awarded on best value including cost, capability, timeframes and community benefit.
