NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 April 2024 for the following reason: Thank you so much for your interest in this project.
Following an internal review, we have decided to withdraw this tender and anticipate that a revised specification will be published shortly.
Apologies, for the inconvenience this may have caused.(The LGA are looking to commission a piece of work to support local authorities in non-metropolitan areas to deliver their ambitions of building homes to meet local housing demand, the reinvigoration of town centres and strengthen local communities.)
